How it works

All orders are thoroughly reviewed and processed within 24 hours. As a first-time client, you will receive a comprehensive questionnaire that delves into the subject of your PR campaign. Once you have completed the questionnaire, we will proceed to crafting the initial draft in the required format, utilizing the provided information. Prior to submission to the editorial team for publication, you will have the opportunity to review and provide feedback on the draft. Below is a concise overview of the process:

1. Select your preferred media outlet(s);
2. Proceed to checkout using your preferred payment method (credit card or crypto);
3. Allow 24 hours for order processing;
4. Complete the PR questionnaire to provide vital campaign details;
5. Our team will diligently prepare the initial draft;
6. Review and revision phase for your valuable input;
7. Final draft submission to the editorial team;
8. Witness your article go live!

Format & Delivery

The table below provides the turnaround time (TAT) for each media outlet, serving as an approximate guideline. Please note that delivery is likely to be even sooner. It's important to remember that the TAT mentioned does not include draft preparation.

For most media options listed in the table, we offer a "Featured" article, wherein a significant portion of the content will focus on highlighting your project or brand. Some media outlets provide the option for Q&A interviews or inclusion of your brand name in the article's title. To ascertain the specific format and view samples, kindly contact us in advance. Publications limited to a mention or quote will be denoted by (Mention) next to the publication name.

In cases where an article is marked as "Sponsored," it will be clearly labeled as such or classified as an advertorial. On the other hand, when an article is labeled as "Discreet," a discreet disclaimer will be positioned either above or below the content, indicating that it was not published by the staff editors.

Refunds & Terms

In the event of non-publication of an article in the selected media outlet or cancellation, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note that a full refund request can only be made if 20 days have elapsed since the expiration of the turnaround time (TAT). Avelon PR reserves the right to refuse service or cancel an order at any time.

The indicators such as "Do-follow," "Indexed," "Sponsored," or "Region" are provided solely for informational purposes and do not guarantee specific outcomes. We strongly encourage clients to conduct their own research and request a sample before placing an order to gain a precise understanding of the format associated with a particular publication.
